★★★Attention!Please read the following instructions carefully.If your delivery address is in the continental United States, we will ship from the United States. For shipping addresses outside the United States, the products will be made and shipped by Jack from Guangzhou,China.

★Shipping time

Free shipping to the United States takes 7-10 business days.
Free shipping to Everywhere Else takes 10-20 business days.
Express shipping to International takes 7-10 days.

If you choose Shipping upgrades, you will also need to leave the recipient's phone number so that the Courier service can contact you for delivery.

★ Processing time
If you are buying a custom product, Once purchased and confirm the customized information, we will arrange to make and ship it for you in 1-3 business days.
The processing time from the official start is calculated after confirming the customized information (for example, if you place an order on the 1st and confirm the customized information on the 3rd, our processing time will be 1-3 days from the 3rd). Therefore, in order for you to receive the product as soon as possible, please tell us your customized information (Name/Text) clearly when you place the order.

We will reply your preview request within 48 hours. If we can't get your reply within 72 hours, we will make it according to our design plan.
