Step 2:If you need to see a preview image first, please also let us know when you tell us your custom request.(Please reply or confirm if the preview image is satisfactory within 48 hours, otherwise the order will be sent late.)
Step 3:Once the customization information is confirmed, we will start the production and it will take about 3 days longer than normal products to make. Please note that the actual product may be a little different from the preview image due to picture taking or natural materials (wood or leather), such as the color shades of engraved text or patterns.
